Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains how refunds and cancellations work for Image Tagger AI. Because we sell digital credits and subscriptions, please read carefully before purchasing.
1. General Information
Image Tagger AI sells access to the Service through one-time credit packs and recurring subscriptions. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (such as Stripe or Paddle). This policy applies to all purchases made through our website or in-app billing.
2. One-time Credit Packs
When you purchase a one-time pack (for example 500, 1,000 or 2,500 credits), credits are added to your account immediately after successful payment.
- Because credits are available instantly and can be used right away, these purchases are generally non-refundable.
- Credits from one-time packs do not expire, unless otherwise stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
- If you believe a technical issue prevented you from using credits properly (for example, repeated failed runs caused by our system), please contact us and we'll review your case.
Where required by local law (for example certain EU consumer rules), we will follow the applicable legal obligations in addition to this policy.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions (such as the Creator Monthly plan) renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the billing portal link in your invoices.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to your remaining credits and features until the end of the current billing period.
- Subscription payments that have already been processed are normally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we explicitly state otherwise.
If a renewal occurred by mistake (for example you forgot to cancel), contact us as soon as possible. We handle such requests case-by-case and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion if credits were not used after renewal.
4. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If your card or payment method is charged more than once for the same order, or if you see an incorrect amount, please contact us with:
- the email address linked to your account
- date of the transaction(s)
- invoice number or payment reference if available
After verifying the issue, we will correct your credit balance or issue a refund for any clearly duplicate charges.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly by checking account activity and invoices. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to automatic suspension of your account due to fraud prevention rules set by payment processors.
6. Technical Issues & Service Availability
We strive to keep Image Tagger AI available and stable, but occasional downtime or bugs may occur.
- Short maintenance windows or minor outages do not normally qualify for refunds.
- If a persistent technical problem prevents you from using the Service as intended, we may, at our discretion, provide replacement credits or a partial refund.
Please include screenshots, time of the issue and error messages when contacting support so we can investigate.
